Below, you will find the answers to the questions we received most often here at Water Logistics. If your question isn’t answered on this page, then please feel free to call us.
General Questions
Where are you located?
We are located at 4989 Old Christoval Road in San Angelo, TX. Click here for a map. 
What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.  Closed Saturday and Sunday. 
What forms of payment do you take?
We accept all major credit cards, checks, cash, and charge accounts for approved customers.

WATER WELL QUESTIONS

Do you drill water wells?
No. We provide complete installation of new water well systems and service existing water wells. If you are looking to have a well drilled, we will be happy to put you in touch with a reputable company.
What brands do you carry?
We carry products from Hunter and Rain Bird, Netafim and Agrifim, Polymate, and Pelican to name just a few.
My water well is not working properly. What do I do now?
Living in a rural community, we understand how vital running water is. Contact our office to schedule an appointment, and a member of our service staff will see to your issue properly.
Do you perform well inspections?
Yes. We routinely perform well inspections for real estate purchases and individuals concerned with certain aspects of their well, such as well depth and gallons per minute. 
Can I get my well water tested through Water Logistics?
While we do not perform the actual tests here, we can gather a well water sample and have your water tested for a variety of things through a local company. 
I qualify for an Ag exemption. Where can I find the Ag/Timber form?
