To fill out an ag exempt form, follow the link below. You can either print it and fill it out and send via email, or fill it out electronically.
TO SIGN FORM ELECTRONICALLY:
- Download the form and open in Acrobat. If you don’t have Acrobat Reader, download it free here. Click on Download Acrobat Reader.
- Once Acrobat is opened, click on “Fill and Sign” in the right-hand menu.
- Choose “You” when prompted when the “Who Needs to Sign” window pops up.
- Click “Sign” at the top of Acrobat.
- Click “Add Signature” in the drop down that pops up.
- Type in your name as you want it to appear on the form.
- Once you have the signature created, place it the “Purchaser’s Signature” box.
- Create an email and then attach the form to the email, and send to firstname.lastname@example.org
